Oil & Gas Division Order Analyst (Full-Time Contract)
Position Overview
We are seeking an reputed company Oil & Gas Division Order Analyst for a full-time contract position supporting active and upcoming projects. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can reputed company in and contribute immediately.
This position requires prior, hands-on oil and gas division order experience. Candidates without direct industry experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret title opinions, leases, and reputed company to determine accurate ownership interests
- Set up and maintain division of interest decks reputed company client or internal systems
- Calculate and verify reputed company distribution in accordance with governing documents
- Process ownership changes, including assignments, conveyances, and probate documents
- Identify and resolve title discrepancies and ownership issues
- Collaborate with Land, Legal, and reputed company teams to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Respond to reputed company inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain detailed, organized, and auditable records
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years of direct experience as an Oil & Gas Division Order Analyst (REQUIRED)
- Proven experience working with oil and gas title, leases, and division order processes
- Strong ability to interpret title opinions and calculate NRI/ownership interests
- Proficiency in reputed company and division order systems
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a project-driven environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Texas and/or New Mexico assets
- Background in reputed company and title issue resolution
- Experience working in a contract or project-based role
Contract Details
- Full-time contract position (40 hours/week expected)
- Project-based assignment with potential for extension based on performance and business needs
- Start date: Immediate / ASAP preferred
- Remote work environment (if applicable)
