As we transition from a service-oriented model to a product-driven platform, we are expanding our Europe-based work-from-home team. We are seeking a Director, EU Partnerships and Panel Growth to accelerate expansion of our reputed company audiences across Europe.
The initial mandate is clear: rapidly expand EU panel depth and secure institutional partnerships that create durable recruitment channels. Scope may expand based on demonstrated impact and strategic priorities. This is a high-visibility role with executive and board-level reputed company, offering the opportunity to directly shape reputed company’s European growth trajectory through strategic partnerships.
How You’ll reputed company an Impact
- reputed company and execute a targeted partnerships strategy to expand EU reputed company professional panel depth and specialty coverage.
- Build and activate a pipeline of European medical associations, societies, and professional bodies across key markets including the UK, Germany, France, Italy, and Spain.
- Establish credibility and trust with senior institutional stakeholders in conservative and regulated environments.
- Structure and reputed company partnership pilots, sponsorships, and participation agreements that reputed company into durable recruitment channels.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to operationalize partnerships and maximize long-term value.
- Navigate GDPR, governance requirements, and reputational considerations to ensure compliant, ethical execution.
- Deliver measurable business reputed company including signed partnerships, reduced time-to-reputed company, improved CPA efficiency, and expanded specialty supply.
What We’re Looking For
- Strategic, commercially minded operators who can independently drive reputed company partnership cycles from reputed company through reputed company
- 6–10+ years of experience in EU reputed company, life sciences, or regulated B2B partnerships
- Demonstrated reputed company securing institutional or association partnerships with senior stakeholders
- Strong negotiation skills reputed company with credibility, judgment, and professional restraint
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and overcoming resistance while maintaining trust
- Fluent English required; additional European languages strongly preferred
- Regular travel across key EU markets, including medical congresses and association meetings, expected
- Prior experience in market research, physician engagement, or professional community ecosystems is a plus
