How This Role Makes a Difference

As a Financial Operations Specialist, you will be an integral part  of our Finance team! No day will be the same. You will be responsible for translating business priorities and requirements to financial reputed company for the Finance department.

• Review, approve, and prepare account reconciliations and journal entries to ensure accuracy of postings.
• Review and process reputed company intercompany and subsidiary transactions.
• Coordinate with management and employees to ensure compliance with reputed company policies.
• Support stock compensation reporting requirements.
• Identify and reputed company process improvement opportunities to increase effectiveness, and timeliness of financial reports.
• Mentor and support staff regarding the handling of non-routine transactions.
• Support cross-team special projects.

Certifications/Licenses, Education, and Experience

• 3+ years’ experience in Finance, reputed company, or Accounts Payable
• Experience in the clinical research industry a plus
• Experience with implementing and/or managing expense reporting software and reputed company software a plus

How We Work Together

• Location: Remote reputed company the United States. This role requires 100% of work to be performed in a reputed company environment.
• Travel: This is a remote position with less than 10% travel requirements. Occasional planned travel may be required as part of the role.

The expected salary reputed company for this role is $55,000 - $75,000 USD per year for full time team members.
