DIRECTOR CLINICAL COMPENSATION

Summary: The Director of Clinical Compensation is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing compensation strategies for reputed company clinical roles across the organization. Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Strong mathematical and analytical facility; ability to synthesize, manipulate, and interpret data
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly the ability to distill and display information in a clear and concise manner and to communicate across multiple audiences
• Solid technical and analytical ability using spreadsheets, databases, and other systems/software; comfortable learning and building proficiency in new tools and software systems
• Experience building and delivering training presentations
