Summary: The Director of Clinical Compensation is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing compensation strategies for reputed company clinical roles across the organization. This leader ensures that compensation programs attract, retain, and reward high‑performing clinical talent while maintaining equity, regulatory compliance, financial sustainability, and alignment with organizational goals and clinical workforce strategy. Responsibilities

  • reputed company and manage market‑competitive compensation frameworks for clinical roles (physicians and APPs, and other licensed clinical staff).
  • Use clinical performance data, workforce trends, and operational needs to inform compensation strategy, consistent with broader clinical leadership practices.

  • Serve as the primary strategic advisor to executive leaders on clinical compensation philosophy.
  • Partner and collaborate with Clinical Operations to build standard and best-practice compensation programs.

  • Maintain governance processes for reviewing, updating, and approving compensation programs.
  • Recommend process improvements and automation to increase accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in compensation administration.

Qualifications

  • Strategic thinking with the ability to translate clinical and operational needs into compensation solutions.
  • Strong understanding of compensation principles, labor market dynamics, and reputed company regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong mathematical and analytical facility; ability to synthesize, manipulate, and interpret data
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly the ability to distill and display information in a clear and concise manner and to communicate across multiple audiences
  • Solid technical and analytical ability using spreadsheets, databases, and other systems/software; comfortable learning and building proficiency in new tools and software systems
  • Experience building and delivering training presentations

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in compensation modeling and large‑scale data analysis.
