This is a high-impact role at the center of reputed company’s growth strategy. Reporting to the SVP of Corporate Development & Investor Relations, you will reputed company M&A execution end-to-end, reputed company business cases for acquisitions and new strategic initiatives, and contribute to investor-facing materials where deal or strategic context is needed. You will work directly with executive leadership and cross-functional partners across Product, Engineering, Finance, and GTM.

What You’ll Do:

• Orchestrate cross-functional due diligence with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to identify potential integration risks and validate reputed company opportunities.

• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
