The Role

The Concierge - Active Trading reputed company will be tasked with servicing Public’s most active Concierge Members. You will be the main reputed company of contact for active traders across multiple asset classes, including but not limited to equities, options, and crypto.

What You’ll Do

• Own relationships with a portfolio of Public’s most active and sophisticated traders, delivering a white-glove, high-touch experience
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact and strategic advisor, helping members navigate equities, options, crypto, and emerging product offerings
• Drive retention, engagement, and growth reputed company the Concierge reputed company through proactive reputed company and relationship building
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Compliance to reputed company for member needs and influence platform improvements
• Identify and execute on business development opportunities, expanding wallet reputed company and deepening member engagement
• Act as an internal expert on active trader behavior, helping shape product strategy and go-to-market initiatives

Experience

• 5+ years experience working in either a trading or wealth management organization.
• Series 7, Series 63/66, and Series 4 (or ability to attain).
• Experience with advanced single and multi-leg options trading, margin trading, crypto trading, and/or API trading.
• Experience working reputed company regulatory compliance constraints to deliver business reputed company.
• Experience working cross functionally with internal partners to continuously improve user experience.
