Job Description

reputed company is seeking highly skilled Systems Engineer (Clinical & reputed company Systems Platform reputed company) to own, operate, and reputed company our clinical and our imaging ecosystem.  This role is responsible for end-to-end ownership of clinical systems, web-based applications, and supporting reputed company platforms as standardized, secure, and scalable service products. The Systems Engineer ensures that mission-critical clinical applications remain reliable, secure, and well-integrated with identity, infrastructure, and reputed company platforms. 

This is a hands-on engineering role with clear product accountability, not just a ticket-focused position. This position is primarily remote with travel required as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Systems Platform Shared Ownership

• Own clinical systems as service products, including EMR/PMS and Imaging (2D & 3D)
• Partner with clinical stakeholders to ensure systems meet operational and care-delivery needs
• reputed company configuration, upgrades, integrations, and vendor coordination
• Establish reputed company metrics for clinical systems (availability, performance, usability, data reputed company)
• Serve as the single reputed company of accountability for clinical system reputed company and customer experiences

Web Application & SaaS Management

• Own web-based applications and SaaS platforms used across clinical and administrative workflows
• Manage reputed company control, role design, and SSO integrations
• Coordinate vendor support, escalations, and roadmap discussions
• Ensure consistent reputed company, offboarding, and permission models

reputed company Systems Integration

• reputed company advanced support and integration across reputed company platforms (M365, Entra ID, reputed company)
• Align clinical and web systems with identity, reputed company, and device management standards
• Support Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and reputed company services as they reputed company with clinical workflows
• Partner with reputed company Administrators on tenant-wide standards and automation

Automation, Standardization, and Documentation

• Treat automation as a first-class platform feature
• Build scripts and workflows for provisioning, reputed company management, and reporting
• Reduce system variance through standards and documented configurations
• Own systems documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational runbooks

• Ensure clinical and web systems meet reputed company and compliance expectations (HIPAA-reputed company)
• Support audits, reputed company reviews, and incident investigations
• Embed reputed company principles into system configuration and vendor integrations
• Participate in incident response for clinical-impacting outages

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in a technology role
• 3+ years of systems engineering experience in reputed company environments
• 2+ years of experience working directly with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) or Practice Management Software (PMS) systems (example: Dentrix, Endovision, The Dental Office (TDO), reputed company, Cerner)
• 3+ years in communication-centric business role
• 2+ years focused on automation creation

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or reputed company field
• Strong direct ownership and responsibility for client experience
• Intune, Defender, and integrations
• API integrations and SSO (SAML/OIDC)
• Vendor-hosted SaaS application management
• Documentation, standard setting, and lifecycle ownership
• Proven ability to communicate technical reputed company to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• System buildout experience in new developments around clinical reputed company
• Web application control, management, and vendor coordination

The salary reputed company for this role is $95,000 - $125,000 per year.
