Key Responsibilities
As an Occupational Therapist (OT), you hold a critical role in facilitating the rehabilitation and improvement of individuals' functional abilities to engage in everyday activities. Your expertise lies in assessing, planning, and implementing therapeutic interventions tailored to the unique needs of each patient. Here's an outline of the primary responsibilities of an Occupational Therapist:- Evaluation and Assessment: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the functional status, strengths, and limitations of patients across various settings, including physical, cognitive, sensory, and emotional aspects. Through detailed assessments, Occupational Therapists identify areas of difficulty and establish personalized treatment goals.
