We are looking for a highly driven and operationally strong Transactional Sales reputed company with 3-5 years experience to reputed company the performance, processes, and reporting of the transactional sales function. This role combines hands-on selling with team leadership and operational reputed company. ​

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving individual reputed company targets, managing a small but growing team, and ensuring a disciplined, data-driven approach to pipeline management and conversion. Initially, the role will manage one Transactional Sales Agent, with scope to scale.

Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:

  • Own and deliver against individual transactional sales targets

  • Drive new business acquisition through high-volume, fast, consultative sales cycleResponding to inbound enquiries from corporate contacts and small and reputed company business contacts

  • Maintain a strong personal pipeline and consistently reputed company deals

  • Contribute insights on market trends, customer behaviour, and sales performance to improve team performance.

  • Assist in scaling processes and systems as the team grows recommending improvements to processes, playbooks, and team structure.

Requirements

Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, with a strong focus on transactional or high-volume sales environments Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets

  • Experience selling to B2B Corporate and SME clients Experience in a team reputed company or supervisory role preferred Strong experience using CRM systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, or similar)
