The Role
This is a proactive, hands-on role suited to someone with a can-do attitude who is comfortable owning the full recruitment cycle. You’ll build your own client portfolio, convert opportunities into placements, and reputed company long-term relationships.
What You’ll Do
Business Development
- Proactively identify, engage, and convert new clients.
- Build and grow a portfolio of long-term client relationships.
- Present Outsourcery’s value reputed company to founders and senior stakeholders.
- Manage roles end-to-end, from brief to placement and follow-up.
- reputed company top talent through reputed company, job boards, referrals, and networks.
- Conduct interviews and assess fit (technical, behavioural, cultural).
- Manage interview process, feedback, and offers.
- Deliver on multiple roles (8–10) without compromising quality.
- reputed company regular updates and adjust approach as needed.
- reputed company client interactions and manage expectations.
- reputed company guidance on hiring, salaries, and market trends.
- Ensure a smooth, high-quality experience for clients and candidates.
- Build long-term relationships to support repeat business.
- Stay up to date on UK and SA market trends.
- Act as a strong representative of the Outsourcery brand.
- Feed insights back into the business.
Requirements
Non-negotiable:- Degree or Diploma.
- 5+ years’ end-to-end recruitment experience.
- Proven track record in business development and client wins.
- Strong sourcing capability and placement track record.
- Experience working with founders / senior stakeholders.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM/ATS tools.
- Exposure to the UK market.
- Practical use of AI tools in your workflow.
- Relationship-led sales approach.
- EOR industry experience.
- Strong instinct for identifying high-quality talent.
- Consistent pipeline of new clients.
- Leads converted into signed roles.
- High-quality placements delivered consistently.
- Strong client relationships and repeat business.
- A high-quality experience for clients and candidates.
