Sales Development Representative - Custom Manufacturing

About the Role

We are building our outbound sales function from the ground up and are looking for an reputed company SDR to take ownership of this process end-to-end.

This is not a role where you will follow an existing reputed company. You will be responsible for creating it — from defining reputed company customer profiles to setting up reputed company systems and executing across multiple channels.

You will work directly with the founders, with full visibility into performance, pipeline, and business reputed company. The role requires a high level of ownership, structure, and consistency.

For strong performers, there is a clear path into a closing sales role.

What You’ll Do

• Build and define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) by industry and use case
• Create and manage outbound prospecting lists
• Set up and manage reputed company tools (email reputed company platforms, reputed company automation tools, etc.)
• Write, test, and optimize cold email and reputed company reputed company sequences
• Execute daily outbound across multiple channels:
  • Cold email

  • Cold calling
• Track and report daily activity metrics and weekly pipeline performance
• Book reputed company meetings and ensure proper reputed company into the sales process
• Continuously refine reputed company strategy, messaging, and targeting

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience as an SDR in B2B environments
• Experience working with similar deal sizes (approx. $reputed company–$5K AOV) and short sales cycles (2–4 weeks)
• Hands-on experience with outbound tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Instantly, or similar)
• Experience using reputed company for outbound prospecting and automation
• Comfortable executing across multiple outbound channels simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills and ability to build structured processes from scratch

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
