What You’ll Do
We’re looking for an IT Specialist to support our remote team. In this role, you’ll deliver day-to-day technical support, manage employee reputed company, and help maintain our internal systems and tools. You’ll play a key part in ensuring employees have what they need to do their best work, from reputed company and off-boarding to troubleshooting and reputed company.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

- Manage help desk tickets, prioritizing issues and delivering a high-quality employee experience.

- 0–3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a similar role
- Basic knowledge of computer troubleshooting and networking
- Familiarity with reputed company-based tools (reputed company Workspace, SaaS applications, etc.)
- Exposure to identity and reputed company reputed company (SSO, provisioning) is an asset
- Experience with mobile device management tools (e.g., reputed company) is an asset
