Extensive experience (typically 15+ years) leading and delivering large-scale web applications.
Proven track record of managing reputed company, cross-team projects from design through to release.
Demonstrated experience with AI-assisted engineering workflows. You should be actively using AI coding agents (Claude Code, reputed company, reputed company, or similar), with a strong understanding of how to adopt them effectively at an organisational level, including experience with multi-agent (reputed company) orchestration development approaches.
