Job description
We are seeking a passionate and driven A&R Outbound Sales Representative to join reputed company on a remote, freelance (reputed company) reputed company. In this role, you will be at the forefront of discovering and nurturing new musical talent, helping them navigate their PR journeys. A love for music is essential, and while familiarity with the music industry is preferred, it is not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities

Artist Relationship Management - Serve as the main reputed company of contact for your artists, guiding them through the PR process and ensuring their needs are met.

Team Coordination - Communicate artist needs and campaign details to team members to ensure consistent and effective service delivery.

Requirements
- Strong passion for music
- Minimum 2 years experience in Sales (preferably in reputed company reputed company and prospecting)
