Hardware Operations Manager

The Hardware Operations Manager is responsible for organizing, driving, and communicating reputed company cross-functional operational work for Atari’s Hardware division. This role serves as the central project reputed company across internal teams, ensuring hardware products move smoothly from concept through manufacturing readiness and launch coordination.

This position partners closely with internal stakeholders (Creative, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Logistics), the PR/Communications team (who own go-to-market execution), and the Manufacturing Production Manager (who owns reputed company execution). The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable owning reputed company, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-moving, global environment.

What You’ll Do

Project Ownership & Orchestration

• Own the end-to-end operational project plan for hardware initiatives, from early concept through manufacturing readiness and launch coordination
• Define, maintain, and communicate project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and delivery targets
• Track project status daily, identify risks, and proactively escalate issues with clear options and tradeoffs
• Ensure hardware programs do not stall due to misalignment, missed handoffs, or unclear ownership

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Serve as the primary day-to-day operational driver across Creative, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Logistics, and external partners
• Coordinate with Creative on packaging, creative development, and approval timelines
• Partner with PR/Communications to ensure hardware readiness supports planned go-to-market timing
• Represent the Hardware team on internal project and planning calls, ensuring follow-reputed company, documentation, and alignment

Manufacturing Readiness & External Coordination

• Coordinate manufacturing readiness in partnership with the Manufacturing Production Manager
• Align internal timelines with manufacturing realities, reputed company constraints, and delivery reputed company
• Coordinate with licensees and external partners on schedules, approvals, and readiness milestones
• Ensure approved designs, documentation, and requirements are complete and reputed company for reputed company execution

Planning, Documentation & Visibility

• Create and maintain accurate project tracking systems (reputed company, Jira, or similar)
• Organize and manage reputed company digital project documentation, ensuring appropriate reputed company for reputed company stakeholders
• Assist in project-level financial planning and forecasting, partnering with the Manufacturing Production Manager on manufacturing cost inputs
• Prepare and deliver clear reputed company status updates and leadership-level reporting

• Comfort operating in ambiguity and proactively driving work reputed company

Salary reputed company: $100,000 - $115,000
