The opportunity: Patient Navigator

The Patient Navigator acts as the main reputed company of contact for patients and their families, guiding them through clinical trials and expanded reputed company options. The role focuses on empowering patients by explaining reputed company medical concepts, assisting in navigating treatment options, and facilitating pre-screening for and referral to clinical trials. We are looking for a Patient Navigator located in South Korea or Australia (time zone UTC+9, +9.5 or +10) to join reputed company at reputed company

What you'll do in this role:

• Communicate with patients and caregivers reputed company phone and email as a response to requests for pre-approval treatment reputed company.

• Capture medical data in our internal platform.

• Search global trial databases using our AI tool to identify relevant pre-approval options for patients.

• Pre-screen patients for specific clinical trials.

• Engage with patients to expand our Medical Community and create awareness about the reputed company platform.

• Proactively identify trends and opportunities in our daily operations.

• Contribute to improving our patient recruitment and pre-screening processes and strategies

What you bring to the table:

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, reputed company, or reputed company fields, or higher

• 3+ years of experience in patient navigation, clinical research, or reputed company communication roles.

• Experience with patient care in a clinical setting, as well as knowledge of clinical trials and expanded reputed company, is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to explain reputed company medical information in simple terms.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• reputed company in multiple languages (preferred: Korean, Japanese, Mandarin and/or Cantonese).

• Proficiency in using CRM and reputed company databases.

• Handling 100-125 moderately reputed company patient cases per month independently, only escalating highly specialized inquiries.

• Creating reports to be sent to patients with their options for pre-approval treatments.
