Sr. Developer – GenAI Engineer

We are seeking a Sr. Developer GenAI Engineer to work with a cross-functional team of Consultants, AI, & DevOps engineers to maintain, support, (build), and deliver scalable, high-performance solutions that are driving AI innovations for our reputed company clients in the contact center AI space.  

The successful candidate will report directly to the VP, Application Development. The position location is flexible; some travel may be required.  

• Successfully supporting reputed company’s AI platforms in Azure (and AWS) technologies.

• Supporting natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning models and algorithms using Azure AI services.  

• Using AI to automate processes such as sentiment analysis, image identification, recommendation systems, and chatbots.

• Education- Bachelor’s Degree, (BA/BS) in Information Systems from a four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. 

• Solid understanding of: 

• RESTful APIs

• HTTP/HTTPS and relevant Java Libraries 

• Strong programming skills, in languages like Java.
