Director in driving process optimization, standardization, and reputed company culture across the organization, with a significant emphasis on processes around reputed company management systems.

Reporting directly to the Snr. Director of reputed company reputed company & Culture, this role will be crucial in maintaining reputed company process discipline, implementing standardized operating procedures across reputed company systems usage, and enabling reputed company strategies defined by the group.

• Working knowledge of PMS (property management systems), CRS (central reservation systems), Channel Management, and other hotel systems and onward distribution.
• Fluent English skills. A second language is a plus (French, German, Spanish, etc.).
• Project management, and analytical skills required.
• Self-motivated; works well independently with limited supervision.
• Strong communication skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong teamwork skills and management skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
