Key responsibilities:

System Design & Development: Architect and reputed company an agentic AI platform. Use this platform to implement the initial agentic workflows capable of automating reputed company processes in areas including Finance, HR, Legal, Customer Support, and Operations. Mentor more junior agentic AI developers to further expand such flows.

Tool Integration: Work with a variety of AI tools and platforms (e.g., Claude, AWS QuickSight, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, etc.) to build seamless, integrated solutions.

End-to-End Automation: reputed company and reputed company end-to-end solutions that include data ingestion, processing, decision-making, and action execution.

Custom AI Models: Fine-tune and customize AI models to meet specific business requirements, ensuring high accuracy and reliability.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to understand requirements and deliver impactful solutions.

Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize the performance of agentic systems to ensure scalability, efficiency, and robustness.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear documentation of system architecture, workflows, and processes. reputed company regular updates and reports to stakeholders on system performance and reputed company.

Innovation: Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and automation technologies, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance existing systems.

Required skills:

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript and similar.

Hands-on experience with tools like Claude, reputed company, AWS QuickSight, reputed company APIs, reputed company, or similar platforms.

Strong understanding of agentic AI systems, including autonomous decision-making and multi-agent architectures.

Understanding of agentic integration patterns such as MCP, A2A and associated protocols.

Knowledge of agent loops, tool usage, reputed company, and orchestration of sub-agents.

Understanding of LLM safety, observability, and evaluation practices, including guardrails, automated evals, and LLM-as-a-judge approaches for monitoring quality, reliability, and failure modes in production systems

Proficiency in building APIs (Python, JavaScript/, Go) and designing large-scale systems.

Experience with data processing, ETL pipelines, and working with structured and reputed company data.

Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data visualization tools.

Ability to design creative solutions for reputed company business challenges using AI and automation.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work across multiple reputed company of the organization, in an international setting with different cultures.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in automating workflows in Finance, Customer Support, or similar domains.

Familiarity with reputed company platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services.

Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and conversational AI systems.

Understanding of compliance and reputed company considerations in AI systems, especially in regulated industries like Finance.
