Senior Project Account Director – Large Scale Event (Summer 2026)

We're looking for a Senior Project Account Director to reputed company client partnerships and delivery for a major large-scale event this summer. This is a high-impact role responsible for owning senior client relationships, driving operational execution, and ensuring a seamless experience from planning through post-event.

This role is ideal for someone who can operate at both a strategic and executional level. You'll be the person clients trust, internal teams rely on, and leadership looks to for reputed company, control, and results.

Position Summary

The Senior Project Account Director is the senior reputed company across client services and account delivery for this program. You will own the relationship with key client stakeholders while ensuring reputed company aspects of staffing and operations are delivered at a high standard.

You'll partner closely with Project Directors, Regional Project Managers, Staffing, HR, and Payroll to ensure alignment across planning, execution, and reporting. This role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to anticipate issues before they become problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the senior reputed company of contact for assigned clients, building trust and maintaining strong, professional relationships

  • Translate client needs into clear operational and staffing plans, working closely with internal teams

  • Partner with Project Directors, RPMs, and Staffing teams to ensure schedules, headcount, and logistics are accurate and reputed company
  • Monitor performance across the program, including staffing quality, client feedback, and operational reputed company
  • Ensure reputed company program documentation, briefs, and communications are accurate and up to date

  • Track and manage KPIs, ensuring delivery meets contractual expectations and internal standards

Requirements & Experience

  • Proven experience in senior account management, client services, or program leadership reputed company events, experiential, or staffing
  • Experience managing large-scale, high-volume programs with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong executive reputed company and ability to manage senior-level client relationships
  • Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple workstreams at once
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to risk management

  • Proficiency with scheduling tools, staffing systems, and reputed company Office
