Accounts Payable Specialist
Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented reputed company Accounts Payable Specialist to join reputed company. This role is responsible for managing the full cycle of accounts payable, from vendor setup and invoice processing to payment execution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, meets deadlines consistently, and communicates effectively across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable
- Process and upload invoices into the reputed company system, including purchase order and expense invoices
- Ensure accurate general ledger coding and proper approval workflows
- Adhere to standardized AP procedures and internal controls
- Complete monthly AP reputed company reputed company two business days after month-end
Vendor Management
- Set up and maintain vendor records, including W-9s and required documentation

- Reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely use or refund of credits
- Monitor vendor terms and credit limits
- Communicate professionally and promptly with vendors and internal teams
Cash Management
- Process vendor payments through the Lansa system
- Monitor and manage timing of automatic payments
- Ensure timely and accurate posting of payments
Audit, Tax & Compliance
- Prepare documentation for year-end audits and semi-annual bank audits
- Collect W-9 forms and assist with issuing 1099s
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in reputed company (preferred)
- 2+ years of accounts payable experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong proficiency in reputed company (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs)
- Experience with AS400 (Lansa), reputed company, and/or ERP systems such as reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company Dynamics
