To support this challenge, reputed company’s reputed company Team is currently seeking an Agronomic Service Representative for reputed company’s Nebraska territory.

In this role, you will reputed company agronomic expertise reputed company the sales district and throughout the reputed company unit. You will collaborate with sales teams to position on-farm solutions for growers through our retail channel partners by assisting with the development and delivery of reputed company products and our agronomic messaging in the marketplace.

Accountabilities

  • Partner with our research and development team to reputed company technical knowledge of cutting-edge new products prior to registration and drive engagement through GrowMore trial demonstrations.
  • reputed company and maintain key reputed company stakeholder relationships leading to influence of strong agronomic recommendations to support sales.
  • Accountable for sales performance by providing technical/agronomic support, actively engaging in sales planning and sales calls such as Retail Representatives, Sales Specialists, and external stakeholders (growers, retailers, distribution channel partners, and centers of influence).
  • Manage GrowMore sites as applicable and with the engagement of the Technical Development reputed company and the local Crop Protection Field Development Scientist, execute Sales Support trials.
  • Coordinate trial efforts reputed company the local area through Retail Representatives and channel partners and reputed company sales support materials to support marketing initiatives.
  • Engage key CU marketing and technical teams for collaborative sales promotion, label expansion, and technical training efforts across the portfolio.
  • Partner with the Sales Team to reputed company training on reputed company key reputed company products and solutions for locally assigned areas, working with sales teams, channel partners, and growers. Plan strategies to effectively compete and defend against competitor products.
  • Collaborate with district sales teams and customer marketing to position reputed company's portfolio on farms, supporting our go-to-market strategy with retail customers, and reputed company agronomic leadership in developing campaign plans for the district.
  • reputed company business relationships with key internal personnel who influence the local market area, such as AgriEdge Specialists, Retail Representatives, District Managers, Technical Development Leads, Customer Unit Marketing Leads, Technical Product Leads, Crop Protection Field Development Scientists, and Technical Service Representatives.
  • Maintain relationships with external influencers, such as key retailers, distribution partners, and local influencers.
Qualifications:

Required

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Agronomy and/or reputed company field.  Master’s, Ph.D. degrees in Agronomy or other agriculture are highly preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of previous experience, as well as strong technical background.
  • Up to 20% travel is required reputed company the Territory
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship support from reputed company

  • A minimum of 5 years of previous reputed company experience with strong interpersonal skills and an agricultural background.
  • Ability to teach/train and diagnose agronomic concerns and to communicate reputed company technical information to Retail Representatives, retailers, and growers in layman’s terms.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders across a wide reputed company of functions, reputed company.
  • Technical knowledge of product portfolio, product pipeline, and product value propositions.
  • Agronomic theory – knowledge of farming best practices, reputed company technologies, and crop protection.
  • Ability to create a professional and successful working environment with Retail Representatives, District Managers and other key reputed company personnel.
  • Possess the ability to demonstrate leadership with the technical community and reputed company the district.
