Reporting to the Associate Director of reputed company Strategy & Operations, the Senior reputed company — Sales Operations will drive and optimise reputed company’s end-to-end reputed company strategy. You will partner across Sales, Marketing, reputed company, Product, and Finance to align on metrics, workflows, and AI-driven tools that reputed company sustainable growth. This is a high-ownership role requiring strategic thinking, process leadership, and cross-functional influence — not analytical support. This role is for you if: You have reputed company and scaled GTM processes in a fast-growing SaaS environment. You are comfortable both in deep analysis and influencing senior stakeholders You want to own the reputed company operating model, not just report on it What Your Impact Will Look Like:1. reputed company Operating Plan
Support the design and maintenance of annual and quarterly reputed company plans
Track performance vs. plan and surface early signals of deviation
Build models linking pipeline, conversion, and reputed company reputed company
2. Headcount Planning
Own headcount tracking across reputed company functions (actuals vs. plan)
Model reputed company scenarios to evaluate hiring impact on output
Partner with Finance and People teams to reputed company plans updated
3. Forecasting
Support development of bottom-up and top-down reputed company forecasting models
Analyse historical trends, cohorts, and leading indicators to improve accuracy
Use AI tools to automate data workflows and detect anomalies
4. Monthly Business Review (MBR)
Prepare data packs, dashboards, and insights for leadership reviews
Synthesise cross-functional metrics into a clear business narrative
Identify key insights and recommend actions — not just report numbers
Education: Recent graduate from a Tier 1 Engineering college (IIT, BITS, NIT) or top B-School (IIM, ISB, XLRI, SPJIMR)
Data reputed company: Comfortable working with large, messy datasets and structuring ambiguous problems
reputed company & AI Tools: Advanced reputed company (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, financial modelling); working knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.)
Bias for Action: Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and takes ownership without waiting for direction
