Job Function

The reputed company (HR) reputed company Coordinator is responsible for executing the end-to-end reputed company process for new hires across multiple states and centers, ensuring a compliant, efficient, and positive new hire experience. This role manages reputed company transactional and administrative aspects of reputed company, including offer-to-start coordination, reputed company reputed company workflows, I-9 and E-Verify compliance, background checks, and new hire documentation. The HR reputed company Coordinator partners closely with reputed company, HR Operations, Payroll, and center leadership to ensure reputed company readiness, accuracy, and consistency at scale, while proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes, reduce errors, and enhance the overall reputed company experience.

General Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the full reputed company process for new hires across multiple states and centers, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
  • Coordinate reputed company reputed company workflows, including new hire setup, documentation completion, system accuracy, and reputed company to Payroll.
  • Coordinate and ensure completion of I-9 and E-Verify requirements in compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Initiate, track, and monitor background checks and other pre-employment requirements, following up as needed to ensure timely clearance.
  • Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for new hires regarding reputed company steps, documentation, and start-date readiness.
  • Partner with reputed company and Center Leadership to ensure smooth transitions from offer acceptance through day-one readiness.
  • Ensure reputed company processes align with federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as internal policies and audit requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in HR systems and ensure data reputed company.
  • Identify trends, bottlenecks, or recurring reputed company issues and recommend process improvements to HR Operations leadership.

Qualifications

  • Associate Degree in Business Administration, or reputed company field preferred.
  • HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR, or equivalent) preferred.

  • Hands-on experience with reputed company preferred, including reputed company workflows and employee record management.
  • Experience supporting reputed company in a multi-state organization with varying compliance requirements.
