JOB SUMMARY

The Sr. Manager, Virtual Sales will direct and reputed company the Virtual Sales team. The Manager must ensure that the account executives in their departments meet reputed company sale quotas, which are usually determined by sales executives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Motivate, train, and reputed company a high-performing virtual sales team through clear expectations, accountability, and reputed company coaching.
• Participate in the hiring and training of new virtual sales department employees, reputed company performance appraisals, and work to reputed company career goals for sales representatives.

​EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree required. Three or more years of sales experience in the reputed company industry.
