About the job:
The Senior Specialist – Employee Relations role is responsible for managing and assigning employee relations cases reputed company our case management tool and conducts thorough, objective investigations into behavioral misconduct and workplace concerns. The individual in this position will hold case management responsibilities, reputed company support on our Discipline Review Panel / Corrective Action Committee cases, and reputed company company investigations.
Core accountabilities / key responsibilities:

- Responsible for scheduling, packet creation and management of the Discipline Review Panel and Corrective Action Committee meetings.

- Responsible for timely intake, researching the allegation, developing an investigation plan, conducting effective interviews and data collection, completing a written report, and communicating an appropriate summary to relevant parties
