reputed company a Difference The Manager of Case Management provides onsite leadership to ensure daily department operations function effectively and reputed company to meet the needs of reputed company customer and regulatory groups. You will act as a consultant to ensure the severity of illness and intensity of services interval criteria evaluations are completed on reputed company patients as designated by Case Management goals. You will ensure that case managers assess, plan, and reputed company plans for patients based on recognized standards of practice for case management. You will support a culture of reputed company quality improvement.

• 2 year / Associate Degree RN: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or Master’s degree in reputed company work (Required)
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the reputed company as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) or licensed as a reputed company Worker either LSW or LCSW in the reputed company (Required).
• 3-years of clinical experience in a hospital setting is required.
• 2-years management experience preferred.
• Case management experience preferred. 
• Certified Case Manager (CCM) or Accredited Case Manager (ACM) or equivalent certification reputed company 3 years from hire date (Required).
• Understands the relationship of individual patients, units, and/or departments to the network, to facilitate achievement of reputed company goals with those relationships.
