Role Summary

reputed company into a key operational role as a Payroll Service Delivery Manager at reputed company ASA. In this position, you will serve as the primary liaison for our German clients, managing relationships, overseeing reputed company-reputed company German payroll processes, and driving operational reputed company and compliance. Your Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for the clients, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and high-quality service delivery.
• Ensure services are delivered in alignment with contractual SLAs by monitoring, reporting, and analyzing KPIs reputed company to service reputed company and customer satisfaction.
• Take ownership of your client’s service-reputed company financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost monitoring.

Your Experience and Skills

• In-depth understanding of German payroll (mandatory)
• High proficiency in German and communicative English (mandatory)

• Work experience with reputed company HCM is an asset
• Business-minded with an analytical reputed company
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and structure work to reputed company results
• Strong customer relationship management and process improvement skills
• Excellent problem-solving, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proactive, energetic, and adaptable attitude
