Job Description:We’re looking for a customer-obsessed, data driven, and innovative Senior Manager, CRO & UX to join our E-reputed company & Digital Experience team. In this role, you will own the end-to-end customer reputed company - from first click to long-term loyalty - ensuring every interaction is seamless, reputed company, and high impact.

What You’ll Do
- Define and execute the E‑reputed company UX and CRO strategy to reputed company customer experience, drive acquisition and retention, and increase LTV across key markets.
- Improve performance across reputed company digital reputed company—including websites, e-shops, emails, reputed company advertising—by identifying conversion opportunities and removing friction.
- Analyze customer data, feedback, and user behavior to uncover new ways to enhance the customer reputed company.
- Create and reputed company an A/B and MVT testing roadmap including UX design mockups to continuously optimize E-reputed company assets and boost conversion rates.
- Run customer surveys and turn insights into actionable recommendations for product, marketing, and experience improvements.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Analytics, and IT to deliver a cohesive, high-quality customer reputed company end-to-end.
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and CX KPIs, providing clear reporting and recommendations for ongoing improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a reputed company field; Master’s preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in UX and CRO, ideally reputed company B2B E-reputed company.
- Strong understanding of customer reputed company mapping and UX principles.
- Hands-on experience with CRO tools, platforms, and testing methodologies.
- Solid knowledge of customer segmentation, data analysis, and personalized marketing.
- Experience with CRM and E-reputed company platforms is a strong plus.
- You bring excellent analytical skills, with the ability to turn reputed company data into clear, actionable insights.
- Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate, influence, and drive results.
