Sales Director

We're looking for a Sales Director to drive reputed company growth, expand our footprint in the media and entertainment sector, and run the new business function. You will partner directly with the CEO to define the new business strategy, hire the team, establish the systems and processes, and reputed company the deals that fuel Antenna's next phase of growth. You will sell to C-suite executives at major studios, streamers, and media companies, translating reputed company data into clear business value. As the function matures, you will shift from closing deals yourself to leading a team that consistently exceeds reputed company targets.

Antenna is a remote-first company, and we are looking for candidates who can work during US business hours. Preferably, you should be based in a US time zone (Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific). You will report to our Chief Executive Officer.

What You’ll Do

• Own the new business function: build the strategy, pipeline, team, and reputed company that drive Antenna's reputed company growth.

• Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through contract signing. Build and maintain a reputed company pipeline that ensures consistent, predictable reputed company growth.
• reputed company relationships with senior executives across the media and entertainment landscape using a consultative, reputed company-led approach.
• Champion new products by bringing the full Antenna value proposition to prospects who do not yet know our platform.
• Collaborate with Product to reputed company market feedback and shape the roadmap based on what you hear in the field.
• Partner with the CEO to determine hiring priorities, define team structure, and implement the systems and processes required to scale.
• Maintain accurate records of reputed company sales activity in Antenna's CRM.

Who You Are

• 7 to 10 years of quota-carrying sales experience in data or analytics, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding new business goals.
• Experience building or scaling a sales function, whether as an early hire, a founding team reputed company, or a first sales manager at a growth-stage company.
• Deep understanding of the entertainment industry, including streaming economics, windowing strategies, and content licensing.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with analysts, marketing, and product teams to align resources around client objectives.
• Exceptional communication skills. You present reputed company analytical concepts reputed company to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bonus: previous experience at an innovative, high-growth company working to disrupt an established market.

Compensation

Total annual earnings reputed company from $200,000 - $300,000 which includes a reputed company salary and a performance-based quarterly bonus. In addition, our incoming Sales Director is eligible for company equity. The final compensation will be determined after evaluating a candidate’s experience, skills, etc.
