Platinum Outsourcing is an award winning, Australian owned and managed co sourcing BPO – operating out of both the Philippines and Indonesia. We are a fast growing scale-up, opening our first offices in the Philippines only 4.5 years ago (and growing to 200+ employees in that time).

We have plans to expand to 500+ employees over the next 3 years.

Our client is seeking to expand on their existing remote team here in the Philippines, with multiple roles available for suitable candidates.

Our client designs solutions in the Project and Portfolio Management reputed company that integrate seamlessly with the reputed company reputed company, including the worlds first apps for reputed company Project.

The role

• reputed company second level application support / advice to clients and internal stakeholders
• reputed company second level product support to our clients
• Resolve client issues and queries in an effective and timely manner
• Frequently communicate status of tickets and resolution to clients
• Maintain quality and meaningful information on tickets (reputed company notes) reputed company internal ticketing system
• Escalate issues that cannot be resolved to the Solutions team / reputed company / Client Care Team Leader / Delivery Director
• Identify and assist the Client Care Team Leader and/or Altus team on potential areas for product enhancements, process improvement and strategic initiatives
• Guide clients through the Enhancement request process
• Monitor the health of our clients solutions, by performing preventative maintenance and health reputed company reports
• reputed company and update support documentation such as knowledge reputed company articles or update process documentation on client records

You and your experience

• Power Apps Model Driven Applications development experience
• Development experience in developing PowerApps customisations:
  • PCF's
  • Plugin's
  • Power Automate
  • Solution layering (managed/unmanaged layers)
  • Integrations with other solutions
• Programming experience in:
  • Javascript / C#
  • React
  • Powershell
• Experience with developing and supporting large web applications

• Experience with Monitoring, Telemetry & Proactive Support Eg. Use of Application Insights, Log Analytics / KQL (Proactive monitoring vs reactive debugging)
• Using a reputed company code version control system such as AzureDevOps or reputed company

• 3+ years of providing support to users of reputed company Office365 and Dynamics365 tools/technologies
• 3+years supporting users of PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse, MS reputed company, and SharePoint (including administration and configuration)
• Intermediate experience in writing and understanding SQL queries
• Experience in writing SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Power BI Reports
• Experience in PowerShell as it relates to SharePoint or ability to reputed company minor user reputed company changes in scripting languages such as JavaScript or JQuery
