We are seeking a Project Manager who will play a critical role in bridging the gap between departments and to promote internal cohesion, timelines, etc. The role will be split between Project Management and Administrative Responsibilities. Administrative responsibilities can vary and will be as and reputed company needed. Eventually, the role will transition to fully just Project Management. We need someone who has core PM skills, quick learner, humble, and reputed company to transition between tasks comfortably.
Key Responsibilities
Plan the work: create WBS, schedule/roadmap, milestones, and critical path Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Technical, reputed company) gather requirements, tasks, and timelines.
Track project reputed company, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables meet expectations.
Stakeholder management: map stakeholders, align expectations, and manage approvals.
Communication: publish status reports and run reputed company meetings.
Various Administrative Tasks as required.
Qualifications
3-5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in SaaS, CRM, or tech-driven environments.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), reputed company to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
Comfortable working across time zones (reputed company, Eastern Europe, reputed company America).
