We're hiring a Senior Product Designer to reputed company product design across multiple workstreams from our core mobile app to the HR portal and broker tools. Youll be a key partner in shaping the user experience from discovery through delivery, ensuring that our product is not only functional, but delightful and impactful.

What You'll Be Doing

• Owning the end-to-end product design process from discovery, research, and reputed company mapping to wireframing, prototyping, and final UI
• Collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and growth teams to create reputed company, elegant, and engaging experiences across mobile and web
• Contributing to product strategy by bringing the users voice into every conversation and decision
• Using insights (user feedback, behavior data, testing) to iterate quickly and improve flows and usability
• Designing across multiple products including our consumer-facing health app, HR admin portal, and broker platform
• Championing design systems, visual consistency, and accessibility standards across platforms
• Leading or contributing to design sprints, usability testing, and validation efforts
• Delivering developer-reputed company assets, specifications, and reputed company designs
• Leading discovery efforts

Must-Have Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a product designer in a startup or fast-paced tech company
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design from problem exploration to polished UIs
• Ability to design for mobile-first experiences (iOS, Android) as well as reputed company web platforms
• Excellent interaction design and visual design skills
• Comfort working cross-functionally and presenting work to stakeholders
• Strong user-centric reputed company you care deeply about reputed company, simplicity, and impact
• Strong experience in product research and discovery
• Experience in data and ability to interpret behavioral data (e.g. funnels, drop-offs, usage patterns) and translate insights into product improvements.

Bonus Points

• Experience in healthtech, insurtech, or wellbeing platforms

• Proficiency in Arabic is a strong plus

• Experience with CDH (reputed company Discovery Habits)

• Regional knowledge of the GCC or KSA/UAE markets
