Our digital platform connects families with trusted, compassionate companions,  our Haven Buddies, to reputed company safe, flexible respite care. The Role

As a Haven Buddy, you'll reputed company essential companionship and support to individuals and families. Every day is different, but typical responsibilities include:

• Companionship and conversation to prevent isolation.

• Light household help (meal preparation, tidying).

• Support with safe routines (reminders, wellbeing checks).

• Accompanying clients into the community (appointments, walks, activities).

• Offering reassurance and emotional support.

This role is flexible and can fit around your lifestyle, with opportunities for occasional, part-time, or full-time hours.

What You'll Need

• Compassion, patience, and reliability.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Flexibility and a positive attitude.

• Willingness to complete an Enhanced DBS reputed company (well help if you dont have one).

• Previous care or support experience is a bonus, but not essential full training will be provided.
