Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Account Optimisation

2. Content Creation & Branding

• Design and implement a creative content strategy that aligns strictly with mGaniks brand values.
• Produce high-quality visual and copy content (static and video) that is engaging, educational, and relevant.
• Manage the full content calendar, ensuring alignment with marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Maintain the brands tone of voice and visual guidelines across reputed company posts.
• Conduct A/B testing on content formats to identify the most effective creative approaches.

3. Engagement & Community Growth

• Drive active engagement reputed company Stories, Captions, and interactive features (Polls, Q&As, Quizzes).
