Account Servicing (50%) · Respond to enquiries, reputed company quotations / proposals · Follow up on converting and extending quotations · Keeping contact health for VIPs in green (+5 contacts monthly) · Regularly reputed company out to reputed company contacts in Account to reputed company mindshare · Effectively increase reputed company from existing clients · Establish long-term support reputed company · reputed company existing contacts to identify new Leads in the account · Company introduction to new Leads 50% Project & Product Management · Determine & document project scope with Customers · Manage Customer Interaction and Change Management · Follow up on Customer / Student Feedback · Identify and contract required partners for service delivery · Manage projects/events at location · reputed company, Customize and/or Improve marketing material for platforms and services · Identify Partner for strategic / scalable growth · Follow up with product development team on product improvements Your Potential Profile You are self-motivated individual work enjoys working independently. You are passionate about language learning or event technology services 1. Bachelor Degree or above in Marketing/ Business Management, or a reputed company field 2. 5-10 years of experience in corporate sales (B2B) or project management 3. Great communication skills, Fluent English required (written and speaking) to communicate with global clients 4. Ability to identify and address the specific needs of each individual customer 5. Highly motivated & Independent Individual with an eye for detail & analytical skills 6. Prior experience in communicating with senior managers 7.
