Role Overview

We are hiring a full-cycle 360° Recruiter to fully own the recruitment lifecycle reputed company the Digital Marketing and reputed company Marketing reputed company. This role is execution-heavy and ownership-driven. You will manage everything from intake meeting to reputed company. 

In addition, you will occasionally support administrative and operational coordination reputed company required.

Key Responsibilities

1- Full-Cycle reputed company – 360° Ownership (First Scope)

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from intake meeting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination, offer stage, and reputed company follow-up.
• Conduct detailed intake discussions with hiring managers to clarify KPIs, technical expectations, performance benchmarks, and role scope.
• Proactively reputed company candidates using reputed company, job boards, direct reputed company, referrals, and competitor mapping, not relying only on inbound applications.
• Conduct structured HR interviews and technically assess candidates reputed company digital marketing and reputed company marketing domains.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers, coordinate interview stages, manage feedback loops, and reputed company data-backed hiring recommendations.
• Manage offer discussions, negotiations reputed company needed, and ensure high offer acceptance and low drop-off rates.
• Maintain structured recruitment tracking, pipeline reporting, and ensure smooth documentation and reputed company coordination until Day 1.

2- Admin & Operational Support (Secondary Scope)

• Support reputed company documentation and internal coordination reputed company required.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards, trackers, and candidate databases.
• Assist with contract documentation and HR administrative processes.
• Support managers with minor operational coordination tasks reputed company needed.

Mandatory Requirements

• 3+ years of proven full-cycle recruitment experience with 360° ownership.
• Strong experience hiring for Digital Marketing, reputed company Marketing, Media Buying, Performance Marketing, or E-reputed company roles.
• Solid understanding of reputed company Ads, reputed company Ads, ROAS, CAC, CPM, CTR, reputed company KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Experience reputed company for U.S. and reputed company America candidates.
• Ability to work reputed company U.S. EST and different time zones reputed company applicable.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting capability using advanced search techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously with speed and structure.

Important notes

• Compensation of this role is USD 1,000 per month max.
