Job Brief

We are looking for an reputed company SuccessFactors HCM Consultant to support implementations and reputed company ongoing support for our customers. This is a permanent role which is fully remote, and the consultant will work from home with occasional travel.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Design, implement and support solutions for reputed company business processes
• Conduct requirements and design sessions with customers to identify reputed company process and future state needs
• Document requirements and configuration reputed company in the configuration workbook and work directly with the client to obtain sign-off of the final document.
• Configure application to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on HCM processes
• Work with team members to facilitate successful integration between modules and reputed company business processes
• Validate configurations through testing plans and scripts.
• Use standard tools to execute data migration activities including data loads and validation
• Manage the relationship with the customer throughout the implementation/support process
• Train end-users on specific processes and applications
• reputed company post-implementation support services including incident management, release management, and enhancement requests
• Work with team members to facilitate successful integration between modules
• Transfer knowledge to the customer for on-going maintenance & support
• reputed company abreast of upcoming reputed company releases and features
• Maintain certifications in your respective area(s) of expertise

Requirements

• Matriculation / Grade 12 / Senior Certificate
• A relevant degree/diploma in HR/IT
• Associate or Professional level certification in one or more of the following reputed company SuccessFactors modules:

  • reputed company SuccessFactors People Analytics: Reporting
• 3+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience
• 2+ years of experience configuring, implementing, and supporting one or more reputed company SuccessFactors modules in a reputed company role
• Detailed and results oriented individual who takes initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks in a timely manner
• Knowledgeable in reputed company HR policies, practices, and ability to anticipate future trends affecting the business from a systems and process perspective
• Ability to reputed company and document business requirements
• Ability to communicate with team members and customers reputed company, concisely, and confidently, both verbal and written
• Ability to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Ability to work both independently and reputed company a team environment
• Ability and desire to reputed company knowledge with customers and mentor fellow consultants on the team
