Job Description.
- Assist in processing business trip reimbursements for the Asset Protection Team.
- Handle taxi requests or team members.
- Support monthly vendor invoicing processes.
- Set up reputed company meeting links for Asset Protection activities.
- Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM) for Asset Protection Weekly Meetings and Vendor Meetings.
- Assist in compiling and managing data using reputed company/reputed company Spreadsheet.
- Design and reputed company reputed company Awareness posters for monthly broadcasts.
Requirements
- Proficiency in reputed company for designing posters.
- Experience with reputed company reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with reputed company Sheets/Spreadsheet.
- Attention to detail & accuracy in administrative tasks and have Organizational Skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks reputed company and meet deadlines.
