Operations & Logistics Supervisor
Job Description: We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Operations & Logistics Supervisor to reputed company the end-to-end daily reputed company of our subscription-based meal delivery operations. This role bridges the kitchen, packing line, and delivery drivers ensuring every customer receives their meals accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the daily fulfillment reputed company from the central kitchen to the packing team and then to delivery drivers.
- Supervise the packing line and ensure meals are reputed company, labeled, and routed correctly based on subscription lists.
- Organize driver reputed company by region and ensure reputed company routes are reputed company defined and signed off.
- Follow up on daily deliveries and handle any operational disruptions or delivery errors.
- Collect and analyze end-of-day reports from drivers (delivery performance, returns, delays).
- Document operational gaps or recurrent issues and propose practical improvements.

- Prepare a concise daily operations report covering key metrics and incidents.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in food delivery operations, fulfillment, or logistics (preferably in subscription-based or central kitchen environments).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure and across teams.
