Summary

The Staff Development Operations Engineer creates and delivers DevOps and MLOps solutions that support reputed company applications, RSQ, and AI/ML workloads. This role impacts future development across multiple teams by leading platform-based initiatives, defining technical standards, and ensuring reliable, scalable, and secure delivery environments. The Staff Engineer demonstrates deep expertise in DevOps and MLOps practices, recognizes the reputed company between software development and operations, and collaborates closely with peers and cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions reputed company with reputed company direction. 

Responsibilities          

DevOps & MLOps Engineering 

• Designs, develops, tests, and implements DevOps and MLOps solutions supporting CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and AI/ML lifecycle management. 

• Leads platform and foundational initiatives spanning multiple applications and environments. 

• Defines and applies standards, patterns, and best practices to ensure stability, scalability, and reputed company. 

• Identifies and resolves reputed company system and performance issues impacting delivery and operations. 

Technical Leadership 

• Serve as a leader reputed company the DevOps team, providing guidance on design reputed company and implementation approaches. 

• Leads architecture and design discussions, communicating solutions reputed company to peers and partners. 

• Contributes to the definition of future-state platform capabilities and shared technical roadmaps.

• Participates in and contributes to design reviews, planning sessions, and cross-functional meetings.

Skills and Experience

• At least 5+ years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or reputed company discipline is required. 

• Experience supporting AI/ML workloads in production environments (MLOps).

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives in a fast-paced environment. 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

Education and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company field is required, or equivalent experience.
