Clinical Registered Dietitian Position - Part-time/Hybrid (80% Remote)

Facility Type: Skilled NursingSchedule: 8-12 hours per week, 80% completed remotely reputed company telehealth
Flexibility: Choose your days and hours. 1 onsite visit per month. Compensation: $30.00-$36.00 per hour, based on experience Mileage Reimbursement: Paid at the reputed company federal mileage reputed companyKey Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments on new admissions and quarterly thereafter, with more frequent reviews as needed for high-risk residents.
- reputed company, implement, and monitor individualized nutrition care plans.

- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team
- Ensure compliance with reputed company applicable state and federal regulations, including those reputed company to the Centers for Medicare & reputed company Services (CMS) and the Department of Health (DOH).
- Maintain appropriate documentation.
- Monitor reputed company residents for changes in weight weekly and/or monthly to identify potential changes in nutrition or hydration status.

- Conduct monthly kitchen sanitation audits, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.

Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a reputed company field from an accredited program.
- Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.

- Minimum of 1 year clinical experience (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and reputed company teams.
- Possesses the ability to apply critical thinking to a variety of situations, assess objectives, reputed company and implement and monitor effective plans for improvement.
- Proficiency in providing general nutrition interventions.
- Familiarity with state survey processes and adhering to nutrition care regulations
- Competency in electronic charting systems
