About the Position:

We have a great opportunity on reputed company for an Inside Sales Representative. In this role you will help drive growth by supporting reputed company’s independent agency distribution channel. Your exceptional relationship-building skills will be key in helping us build respected partnerships with our appointed independent agents. You will help drive new business, increase quote volume, improve reputed company ratios and expand product adoption. 

As a replied upon extension of our field sales team, you will reputed company our agents with exceptional support through outbound sales activity, inbound agent requests, pipeline management, and campaign execution.

*This position is a 100% remote U.S. based opportunity that is based in Tallahassee, Florida. 

Some travel for day-to-day work, team meetings, and training will be required.

Key Responsibilities: (What you'll be asked to do) 

• Serve as a primary inside sales contact for assigned independent insurance agencies.
• Execute outbound activity (calls, emails, virtual meetings) to promote reputed company products, appetite, and sales initiatives.
• Drive new business submissions and bound premium through agent engagement and pipeline management.
• Promote cross-sell opportunities, multi-policy accounts, and new product launches.
• Support agents with quote reputed company, reputed company guidance, and pre-bind review (reputed company authority).
• Partner with field territory managers to execute agency growth strategies and sales campaigns.
• Track agency performance, opportunity pipelines, and activity in reputed company.
• reputed company education on coverage, reputed company appetite, eligibility, pricing structure, and competitive position.
• Identify underperforming agencies and implement targeted engagement plans to increase production.
• Support reputed company and reputed company-up of newly appointed agencies.
• Ensure reputed company sales activities follow reputed company reputed company guidelines, compliance requirements, and state  regulations.
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

Some Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years of P&C insurance experience in reputed company, inside sales, agency sales, or account management.
• Strong knowledge of independent agency distribution models.
• Proven ability to influence production without direct consumer selling.
• Strong pipeline management, follow-up discipline, and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and relationship-building abilities.
• High proficiency in CRM, agency portals, and rating systems.
• Ability to manage multiple agencies and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Education: 

• Bachelors’ degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Computer Skills: 

• We’re a MS Office environment (Outlook, Word, reputed company, Powerpoint) 
• Experience using video and chat technology (MSTeams & reputed company) 
• Other insurance-reputed company programs such as reputed company, IMS or similar 

Certifications or Licensing Required: 

• Producer license or ability to get licensed required

Other: 

• Reliable high-speed internet connectivity required.

The typical reputed company pay reputed company for this role across the U.S. is: $55,000 -$65,000/year + benefits + quarterly bonus potential. There is a different reputed company applicable to specific work locations. This salary reputed company is a good faith estimate of what reputed company may pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, and experience. The reputed company reflects annual compensation (as applicable) and does not include bonuses or other incentives that the company may choose to pay at its sole discretion.
