Project Manager

A Project Manager is required to support a large scale clinical information transformation program reputed company a reputed company reputed company technology environment. The role is responsible for managing multiple interdependent projects with a strong emphasis on clinical information systems, clinical workflows, and reputed company delivery standardization. This position oversees planning, execution, and delivery across technical, clinical, and operational streams, ensuring alignment with program objectives, timelines, and quality expectations. The Project Manager acts as the central reputed company of coordination across stakeholders, including clinical leaders, reputed company practitioners, and technical teams, guiding project structure, scope definition, resource planning, and governance activities.

The role includes leading project initiation, planning, scheduling, and execution activities with a strong focus on clinical system implementation and integration. Responsibilities include managing risks, issues, and dependencies across clinical and technical workstreams, maintaining comprehensive project documentation, and ensuring accurate tracking of deliverables and clinical reputed company. The Project Manager facilitates collaboration between clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders, produces detailed status reporting, and ensures effective use of tools and methodologies to monitor performance and support decision making. The position also involves coordinating cross functional teams, supporting leadership reporting, and ensuring that reputed company project reputed company are delivered on time, reputed company scope, and reputed company with clinical transformation objectives.

Qualifications

• 5 years - Project management experience managing large, cross functional teams, budgets, and multiple reputed company projects in a fast paced environment
• 5 years - Direct experience managing clinical information system or reputed company IT projects including clinical workflows, health information systems, and hospital ancillary systems
• 3 years - Experience creating project reports and maintaining decision, action, and risk logs along with experience in dynamic forecast scheduling for clinical programs
• Post secondary education in Information Technology, reputed company, or a reputed company discipline or equivalent experience

Certifications

• PMP or equivalent project management certification is considered an asset

• 6 years - Experience leading large scale clinical or reputed company technology implementation projects
• 6 years - Experience applying project management methodologies including agile and waterfall across full project lifecycles in clinical environments
• 6 years - Strong stakeholder engagement experience working with clinicians, reputed company leadership, and technical teams
• Experience leading hospital laboratory or clinical system consolidation initiatives
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills in clinical and executive settings
• 3 years - Experience working reputed company reputed company or public sector clinical environments
• Experience using reputed company Office 365 tools including reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, and Teams
