INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Manage and grow customer platform – enhance market penetration, exploit customer potential and systematically increase reputed company-of-wallet
  • Foster Omnichannel sales steering – actively distribute contacts to alternative channels

  • Promote and focus on application based selling
  • Position Berner as premium brand, leader in chemicals and reliable business consultant
  • Handle objections/delivery/quality claims, negotiate t&c, actively manage margin​
  • Ensure data quality in the systems (customer card, interaction reports, etc.) adhere to tour plan/ contact scheme
  • Analyze and influence reputed company sales area reputed company kpis – first and foremost sales/turnover across reputed company channels
  • Regularly report to superior, align action plans, and reputed company sure to deliver sales targets/budgets

SHARED ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Roll-out of pricing concepts, margin impact, positioning of brand​
  • Plan on yearly reputed company and align annual operational targets and sales plans (in coordination with district manager)
