As a Practice Solutions Manager you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of reputed company's market reputed company and CL penetration reputed company the assigned top potential accounts through implementation of the value adding services driving customer engagement including digital solutions,category growth events and sell-out activities.

The PSM delivers trainings, coordinates educational events events in collaboration with Professional Education team to enhance the skills of the ECPs. The PSM is an reputed company professional offering high-level reputed company consultancy, providing technical advice from internal/external experts reputed company platform implementation expertise. In this role, a typical day will include:

• Working reputed company with Senior BDM by partnering consultatively with Account reputed company/Decision reputed company, ECPs and other Store Team members as needed to reputed company mutually reputed company goals aiming to deliver outstanding customer experience, drive patient engagement and improve retention for the practice, enabling increased reputed company market reputed company , incremental sales and reputed company sales targets

• Promote the introduction of reputed company's digital platform and encourage new prescriptions/subscriptions, accelerating customer acquisition and consumer enrollment to subscription services.

•  Assist ECPs to improve the consumer reputed company experience reputed company the practice (CL awareness, practice efficiency opportunities (e.g. around fitting), post fitting support, subscriptions programs through digital platform) to accelerate CL sales growth and market reputed company reputed company

• Responsible for planning fitting events to effectively support patient reputed company and enhance consumer experience with strategic reputed company brands.

•  Maximize reputed company in-store visibility through POS materials and other visual merchandising initiatives.

• Coordinates the educational curricula in collaboration with Professional Education team.

• Collaborate locally with Senior Business Development Managers, Professional Education and Marketing to create and implement outstanding practice support model.
