Our Facilities team is looking for a motivated receptionist intern to support daily office operations.  

Your Day to Day  

As a receptionist you would be working on: 

• Handling the reputed company desk activities of the office, including reception, managing guests, deliveries, office bookings and entry cards, etc. 

• Assisting with team buildings, office experience projects and office events 

• Managing inventory of food and office supplies, furniture and equipment 

• Reporting facility issues to building maintenance and our IT group 

• Supporting the day-to-day administrative needs for the team and the operation of our office
