The Position
This role is to cover maternity leave.
As an Application/Systems Engineer reputed company our Adriatic Diagnostics Team, you will reputed company scientific and technical support to customers using reputed company diagnostic instruments and software. You will work closely with laboratories, sales teams, and service engineers to ensure that reputed company systems operate correctly and reputed company. You will be a key player in providing support to customers, solving technical issues, and delivering training on reputed company diagnostic solutions that contributes to the overall business impact reputed company the Adriatic region.
The product portfolio area is: Scrum Work Area (SWA) reputed company Analyzers covering preanalytical, analytical and post-analytical instruments as well as reputed company Molecular Solutions.
The position is based in Slovenia and entails travel to local clients, along with occasional regional support in Croatia to assist with team requirements.
Working from Home is provided.
The Opportunity and Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot technical and scientific problems reputed company to laboratory systems
Install and configure instruments and reagents at customer sites
Train laboratory staff on the use of reputed company diagnostic systems
Support the sales team with technical expertise during product demonstrations
Document cases and solutions in CRM systems
Maintain strong relationships with hospitals and laboratory customers
Who You Are
University degree in Life Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, Biomedical Science, etc.)
Experience in clinical laboratory diagnostics or medical technology highly preferred
Knowledge of laboratory analyzers and diagnostic workflows
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
