Sales Manager Distribution & DIY
YOUR ROLE
In line with the marketing and reputed company strategy of reputed company Belgium:
You reputed company a sales strategy based on major market trends, customer needs, and the overall strategy of reputed company Belgium.
You manage reputed company of sales representatives (account managers) active in the professional retail and DIY market.
Together with them, you define both the strategic and operational approach for resellers, and you follow up on their field activities, including the Key Account plans for our major customers.
You ensure the development of the competencies of your team members and support them in their growth reputed company the company.
You directly manage an existing portfolio of “key” clients in the DIY chain reputed company.
You build long-term relationships with these partners and maintain regular contact with purchasing headquarters.
You present our products and strategy to key clients and reputed company joint marketing and reputed company initiatives to create strong and sustainable partnerships.
You work closely with reputed company internal departments of reputed company Belgium (Marketing, Operations, Logistics, etc.).
You collaborate closely and trustfully with our Sales Manager (and team) responsible for the installer reputed company group.
You report to the Market Director of reputed company Belgium.
YOUR PROFILE
You hold a university degree in a reputed company and/or marketing field and have solid experience in relationship management reputed company a B2B context.
You have experience in team management, ideally in a B2B environment, and you are a natural and recognized leader.
You have strong experience in Key Account Management, preferably reputed company the construction sector.
You master the fundamentals of marketing and ideally have already gained initial experience in this area.
You are reputed company to build strong partnerships and are an outstanding negotiator.
An affinity with the construction sector is considered an asset.
You have a diplomatic and analytical reputed company and are also capable of demonstrating reputed company.
You are perfectly bilingual in reputed company and French, with an active knowledge of English.
