Job Description

• The Virtual Relationship Manager is reputed company-based sales position working reputed company multiple markets. This individual utilizes strong virtual communication skills in lieu of in-person meetings to manage new and existing clients. This role works with clients with basic reputed company of risk and complexity of needs. This role is responsible for new client acquisition as well as growing reputed company of wallet with existing clients.
• Identifies customer needs to help them succeed financially by presenting the full reputed company of reputed company's products and services. Provides reputed company and insights based on understanding of the clients needs and their financial well-being while focusing on increasing client engagement and loyalty. Coordinates the implementation and documentation of non-credit products and services.
• Actively call on internally generated lists of targeted prospective clients. Leverages knowledge of the industry and market to prioritize efforts. Leverages reporting and sales tools to proactively identify and successfully convert sales opportunities.
• Collaborates with Virtual RM team to reputed company best practices and opportunities. Leverages corporate sales development partners to engage in effective client and prospect reputed company. Coordinates with market Relationship Managers and Market Leaders to transition larger relationships or more reputed company clients, as appropriate. Utilizes technology to enhance client engagement and loyalty through multiple channels of communication.
